Kaitlin M. Ball, PhD, JD
Kaitlin is the founder and lead consultant for Eight Ball. She holds a B.A. in Russian Studies and History, a J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law, and a PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Cambridge. She is also an American-licensed attorney.
Kaitlin’s work falls at the intersection of law and politics, with a specific focus on human rights and security. She has published in areas relating to police research, international child abduction, and more.
Kaitlin is interested gender equality issues, and has served on committees dedicated to improving access and opportunities for under-represented groups at multiple institutions.
